Two-Bath and Bedroom Remodel Trim in Felida, Vancouver, WA

Trim is the phase where a remodel either looks finished or looks like a remodel. Two Panasonic WhisperFan units went in. Exhaust fans are the single most commonly under-specified thing in a bathroom remodel, and it shows up the same way every time: the fan is loud, so nobody runs it, so the moisture stays in the room.

A quiet fan gets used. A used fan is the one actually protecting the paint, the drywall and the framing. Spending the extra at trim is cheaper than what moisture does to a finished bathroom over ten years.

The bedroom got four 6-inch cans cut into the existing textured ceiling, and the downstairs hall had a flush-mount fixture retrofitted to a can so the lighting reads consistently across the floor.
